How are people having sex?? For 5-10 minutes? Or even longer?? They just stare at each other and don’t say a word 🙈 I get cold sweats when I see this in porn videos 😅

I am nervous mixing with people I don’t know well. Its like my brain goes numb when I'm around people. I can't even bring up basic conversation topics.
